Return Eligibility:

  1. You may return any product within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
  2. Alterations to the product will void the refund eligibility, and no refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  2. We do not accept returns for damaged, soiled merchandise, or products that have been installed or modified.
  3. CODs (Cash on Delivery) are not accepted.

Shipping and Handling:

  1. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  2. Customers must obtain advance authorization from a DECKadence Marine Flooring representative before returning merchandise.
  3. Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned products to SleekTeak. We recommend insuring packages with a reputable carrier to cover any loss or damage during transit. Customer is liable for any damage caused during return shipping.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will initiate a prompt refund of the purchase price.


  1. Items purchased through a retailer, vendor, or distributor cannot be returned directly to SleekTeak / DECKadence Marine. Customers should contact the respective retailer, vendor, or distributor for assistance.

Customer Refusal of Shipment:

  1. If a customer refuses any shipment, they will be billed for both the return and original shipping costs, along with a 25% restocking fee.
